Rainbow Freak with an 80s Perm

Painted in pearlescent rainbow colors and fitted with gold, round studs. Really out of control crazyland hair. I’m quite pleased with the hair. I can’t seem to take a picture without the reflection of my phone in the gold things. About 10” tall
